Missing Persons Unit

'Missing Person Unit' is a thrilling Flemish series about the detectives of the Missing Persons Unit and their search for missing individuals. The series was developed in close collaboration with the actual Missing Persons Unit which was established in the wake of the Dutroux case and which in the meantime has acquired worldwide recognition for its expertise. What strikes most in Missing Person Unit is the strong storytelling and the dynamic visual narrative style. It is, therefore, not surprising that in 2008 the series was awarded the prize for best fiction programme by the radio and television critics, and that seasons 2,  3 and 4 were nominated for Best Television series (European and International) at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival. It has been sold to over 90 territories.
