What If?
What If? is a Belgian comedy sketch show. The show transports its viewers into a reality that never happened but easily could have. Every sketch begins with ‘What if…’, as in ‘What if Jesus was a stand-up comedian?’, ‘What if all cops were gay?’ or ‘What if everybody was blind?’
The second series has won the International Emmy Award for Comedy in New York. It’s the second International Emmy for production company Shelter, whose highly successful format Benidorm Bastards picked up the same award in 2011.
The second series also won the Intermedia Globe Gold Award at the Hamburg World Media Festival, the Gold Medal at the Rose d’Or Entertainment Awards and the Rockie Award for Best Comedy (plus a Special Mention in the Best of Entertainment category) at the Banff World Media Festival in Canada.
Cecilia directed a couple of sketches for the 2nd season of What If?.
